How can saints hear our prayers?

How can the saints hear our prayers if only God is omniscient?
 
Dear Marianne,

God is also omnipotent (all powerful) and can do all things. Making it possible for saints and angels to hear us is hardly a challenge for God. In Luke 16: 19-30 we find Jesus giving an example of a rich man in Hades calling on Abraham in heaven to go tell his brothers to reform their lives. AND Abraham hears him!
