If there were no absolute truths then we would have all kinds of absurd contradictions, like God existing and not existing at the same time. Which would be a contradiction of the law of non-contradiciton.

How can we prove the existence of Absolute Truth if every claim we make is based on our own individual belief and perception?

The testimony of others is part of the information we factor in. We have the “absolute” duty to ourselves to engage all our faculties in evaluating the situation ever more thoroughly. Each person sees a part. Not the only part.

We can say “There is no absolute truth” is proof there are absolutes because that statement itself is an absolute.

We find it difficult to tell the difference between very absolute and absolutely absolute.

Ok, but isn’t absolute truth true across the board for everyone? Our remedy above only proves there is objective truth in my own individual life. It doesn’t prove if for anyone else outside of us…which is basically a fancy way of saying…truth is relative.

It doesn’t go as far as that.

The testimony of others would tend to suggest the existence of something beyond the end of our nose.
