How could Jesus offere his Body and Blood in the form of Bread and Wine during the Last Supper, when his suffering and death on the Cross was the necessary prerequisite for transubstantiation to become manifest?

God is not limited by time. Jesus is “the Lamb that was slain from the foundations of the earth.” Even though in His Incarnation He was born and died in time and space, in His Divinity He transcends both time and space. And since His Incarnation is not divisible (Human and Divine), His Body and Blood are not limited by time and space, either. Which is, of course, why we can receive Him, Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity at Masses all over the world, every day of the week.

And no, I don’t pretend to understand that - it’s Mystery! 😃
