How did your parish handle the Bishops Lenten Appaeal?

Our parish started out with a prudent approach to the Bishops Lenten appeal. Then they took on the persona of telemarketers. We got so annoyed at their high pressure sales approach that we decided not to donate a red cent.
 
I’m in the Arlington Diocese.

It seemed to me that our annual appeal was done very well.

I agree that the Arlington diocese handled it well. I can’t say the same about the parishes in the diocese.
