How do I, a Baptist minister, seek to become a Catholic when my family does not?

I have been a Southern Baptist minister for 38 years but after much study and searching I have become convinced the Catholic Church is the True Church. I desire to become a Catholic but my wife and daughter do not. I’m torn between my personal convictions and my duty to my family. :confused:
