How do I argue against abortion in cases of rape?

My sister & I were raised in the same home as catholics. But wound up with very diffrent values. How do I respond to her on an email that said God gave us free will and that means a woman can choose to have an abortion. I told her the commandments override free will. She then sent the "so if your daughter were brutally raped, you would make her have the rapists child?
Can you help with an appropriate answer?
