I don’t doubt anyone’s faith in God. But if you want to prove Baha, Koran or Islam to be true, please do so from their own origin and revelation. Please do not piggy back on a history or revelation that was not given to the Baha, Koran or Islam.

Peace be with you
Gabriel of 12 - Peace be with you too - You may like to know I agree 100%, but please consider with all Honesty -

First consider If indeed Muhummad, the Bab and Baha’u’llah are all Truth as promised in the Old and New Testament, then they do stand by their own selves and by their Word of Revelation. Would not the standard to judge them by, indeed become the New Word and not the previous!

So I ask, Would a person judge them on who they were in relation to the age they lived in and the Word they Revealed, or would a person choose an Older Revelation to Judge Them by?

This is why we refer to the Jews, did they not Judge Christ by the Old Testament standards and not by Christs Word! Would it also not be Just then to Judge Muhummad, the Bab and Baha’u’llah by their Word and not the current standards of the New Testament?

Using Christs Word can not the Old Testament be Fully Understood?

What can be said as would encourage a person to Study and Read Their Writings from this angle?

God Bless and Regards Tony

I disagree with you; The old and new Testaments never promise or mention “Muhammad, the Bab and Baha’u’llah”. If the old and new do mention these metaphorically from your list, it is done in the negative which includes those non-believers of Israel who would reject and deny divine Messiah pre-announced by the prophets and the law revealed in Jesus Christ. These biblical writings came to pass in the person of Jesus Christ who is Truth personified to our humanity.

“Muhammad, the Bab and Baha’u’llah” if they contain a new revelation of God, then they do not need the support of the bible, which your faith does not recognize the bible to be the Word of God. Why would Muhammad or the Bab need a document it rejects to prove it contains a new revelation of God? Do you not find a contradiction of the all knowing One God using your method to prove a new revelation of God?

I agree with you that Islam brings a new and different message or gospel (truth) claiming it to be a revelation of God. If it is of God, then allow your list to stand on it’s own without having to reach back in a history that does not belong to Islam or the Bab never mind Muhammad or Muslims who never existed in biblical history practicing Islam of today.
So I ask, Would a person judge them on who they were in relation to the age they lived in and the Word they Revealed,
Yes, and if it is a new revelation of God, then all the past history of God, need not be mentioned to prove it is from God.

You see tonyfish58, Only God (God’s Word = Jesus incarnate) can give testimony of who God is. God does not accept testimony of man (Muhammad) of who God is. Yet you reject God’s Word revealed and recorded in the canonized bible, which includes the Tora, the Law and prophets.

The Koran by Muhammad becomes a private revelation of the man Muhammad, it does not reveal God Himself making a covenant, or God revealing God to our humanity. When only God can give testimony and revelation of who God is, never man.
or would a person choose an Older Revelation to Judge Them by?
If Islam is Truth revealed by God, God does not require any old revelation to be judged by, for God cannot contradict Himself. Islam reveals a contradiction of God to the revelations of God in the bible, which Islam rejects.

Jesus proved who He was followed by signs, miracles and wonders when the voice from heaven which spoke and gave proof and witness to who Jesus was. God gives the testimony of God here. Jesus is sent by the Father to fulfill the Law which condemns Israel and our humanity of sin. Providence reveals both Pagan Rome and the unbelieving Jews to bring to pass what God had ordained before the foundation of the world.
Would it also not be Just then to Judge Muhummad, the Bab and Baha’u’llah by their Word and not the current standards of the New Testament?
What Muhammad and Islam reveals is supposed to be new Truth by the revelation of God? I agree the above should reveal God without the help of another source without contradictions of what God has already revealed by His presence. This Islam and Muhammad cannot do on their own.

They reach back to a history that is not theirs (Muhammad’s or Islam) while deny-ing the bible as the Word of God and yet reference the bible books to make a claim of revelation with a different interpretation that is never recorded in biblical times, such as Jesus is the only Begotten Son of God and Jesus was crucified, died and was buried.
Using Christs Word can not the Old Testament be Fully Understood?
No, what Islam and Muhammad falsely rejects the True Trinity. It is God the Holy Spirit who teaches and reveals that which proceeds from the Father to make known to our humanity. Jesus the Word of God incarnate opened the minds of His apostles to understand the scriptures, only God makes revelation of the eternal Word. Luke 24:46…“These are my words which I spoke to you, while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the law of Moses and the prophets and the psalms must be fulfilled.” Then He opened their minds to understand the scriptures.

One cannot just read the Words of Christ to understand the Old testament. This requires an act of God moved by the Holy Spirit to understand what God revealed in His Word in the law, prophets, Moses, psalm text.

Islam or Muhammad cannot interpret the Old testament without the Holy Spirit who inspired the old testament writers to write. The Holy Spirit is the author who reveals what the Word of God proclaims and brings to fulfillment. Yet Islam and Muhammad reject God the Holy Spirit who is God who teaches our humanity. Only God can give testimony of God,
What can be said as would encourage a person to Study and Read Their Writings from this angle?
First of all, I would encourage Islam followers to lift their ban and restrictions of Muslims of owning or reading a bible, under the threat of death. So that Muslims freely with God given liberty are able to read the bible in the context which God gave to our humanity. Then read the Koran in the context from which Muhammad alone gives to the Muslim. And Let Truth be revealed by God and not man who is a contradiction to Truth.

If Islam is True, then it needs not persecute another to prove it’s Truth, justifying it’s means by past Hebrew/ Israel history of the flesh.

We need no angles to come to God, God comes to us, we just have to submit our yes to God, without Islam restricting from the Muslims what God has revealed recorded in the canonized bible.

Islam, Muhammad’s Koran does not stand on it’s own. The Koran focuses to undermine the Jewish and Christian faith to be unbelievers in order to justify it’s claims. God needs no witnesses from man to prove who God is and what God has revealed.

Peace be with you
