How do I ask for prayers for my nephew?

I do not know where I start to put in for Prayers for my nephew who is sick with OBSESSIVE COMPULUSIVE DISORDER towards germs. He hardly eats unless he prepares it, opens doors in the house with his feet and shuts lights of with his elbows, wouldn’t clean his room etc. he is 17 years old and I am very worried about him.

Please indicate step by step because I have never used a computer before this is by first time in doing this.
