How do I be remorseful?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for nearly 7 months. I know he’s the one, and I know he feels the same way. Problem is, we can’t seem to control our physical affection for each other. We do okay for a week or two, and then fall right back. All our clothes stay fully on, but we’re very suggestive, and sometimes shirts get lifted. There is though, no pretend sex with clothes on. The other problem, is that we enjoy it, and we don’t feel as guilty as we should. I haven’t gone to confession in 3 or 4 weeks, and I haven’t gone because I feel as though I should feel remorseful for what I’ve -we’ve- done/been doing; I want to, but I just don’t feel it enough. Wouldn’t I be stronger if I did? Once, a while ago, when a similar thing happened before, it just totally killed me inside and I couldn’t stop crying. But now…now I just… afterwards I feel numb and stupid but… also kind of hopeless because I can’t…I don’t feel sorry enough.
Can you help me? Please?
