How do I change my son's name on his baptismal certificate?

Six months ago I had my son baptized and registered in the local government office. I now regret giving him the forename Arthur and wish to change it. I cannot re-register his birth with the new name Owen as he has been baptized as Arthur… Had he not have been baptized, I could have changed his forename anytime before his second birthday and got a new birth certificate issued.

I was wondering if anyone has any information regarding this issue and if it is possible to change his baptismal name, as this would enable me to get a new birth certificate. I look forward to hearing from you.
 
I recommend that you consult with the diocese in which your son was baptized.
