How do I come back to the Church?

I left the Catholic church about twenty-four years ago, attending other churches and becoming a member of some of them, but leaving after hurtful experiences. I’ve been attending Mass regularly for some time and I feel like God’s calling me to come back to the Church, but I’m wondering what I need to do.

If you haven’t been married outside of the Catholic Church, then all you have to do is go to Confession. If you are not sure of how to do this, just ask the priest to help you. Welcome home!
