How do I confess these past sins that I really can't remember?

Prior to becoming an “awakened” catholic about 3 years ago, I used to go to confession very infrequently, maybe once every 5 years. Now that I am older and my religion matters, I am deeply concerned about my mortal sins of the past. I don’t remember if I confessed them and I really don’t remember what exactly these sins were. How do I confess these past sins of many years ago that I really can’t remember??
