How do I convert so that I can marry a Catholic?

I am Jewish, and I am marrying a Polish women. I would like to convert to Catholicism for her. Could anyone tell me what the process is to do so?

I also don’t have any ambitions of going to church or anything of the sort afterword. I don’t want to be criticized for this either, so please save your radicalism… I just want a smooth conversion so I can get married…
