How do I deal with an heretical professor?

Basically, the title sums it up. My professor comes in every day and preaches heresy; what am I supposed to do? Should I openly disagree with him? I am not the best debater and I want to pass. I mean, most of the kids in that class apostasized when they were 12, and most of them will have an idea of Catholicism based entirely on what they hear at my university. What should I do?
 
Since your attitude toward your professor and your fellow classmates is problematic and uncharitable, it is probably wise for you to quietly do the work you need to do to pass and leave debating to others. That doesn’t mean that you should not take care to protect your own faith; it just means that it would probably be better to focus on strengthening your own Christian faith rather than cleaning the specks from the eyes of your professor and classmates.
