It’s a sad world when people equate head of the household with the person who belittles the other… and TELLS the other what to do.
Our family is a Team. DH and I are head coaches. And we don’t seem to need an appointed “head coach”. Because we both generally step aside to the “expert” when their area comes. We then support the other to get the job done.
I run the house for functionality. DH, at this juncture, finances about 3/4s of that.
Most day to day decisions are easy and no one needs to be consulted or told to do them.
Big decisions are a discussion between the two of us… and generally not made until we are in agreement with approach. Can’t think of a time one of us went with a decision kicking and screaming, or head down beaten.

If you are asking about how to delete a post, I don’t think that is possible. One of the things I remember reading when I became a forum member here at CAF is that deletion of posts may only be done by a moderator, and will be done for posts that are flagged for abuse/profanity/etc. You might try asking a moderator directly about deleting something. Good luck!

I was trying to delete a different post that I was editing, so I started this thread just to see why it didn’t work.
Well, finally I saw the light. I think. That was last night and I recall having two different problems.
I thought that when you went to edit your post I had seen the option to delete post before submitting.
???
Yup!!
There it is, right at the very top! No wonder I couldn’t see it.
