How do I explain Easter to a Jehovah's Witness?

She asked me why would catholics use a pagan goddess’ name to name the holiest day after it. Namely Easter. Even the customs of easter using the egg and the bunny derives from the pagan concepts of fertility. She is very knowledgeable about scripture so I cannot answer everything to my satisfaction or hers. Her arguments are good. However, as a Catholic I know that we have an answer for everything. I just have to find it.
