How do I explain that abortion is an intrinsic evil?

I know abortion is an intrinsic evil and against natural law. I am unable to explain to others why this is so. Please help.

Hi,

How about asking them to explain to you how the outright, deliberate killing of an innocent child could ever be anything but evil? There is simply no legitimate explanation.
