How do I explain the different types of priesthood?

My sister belongs to a nondenominational church. They have communion services on Wednesday for the committed believers. My sister believes that we are all priests and therefore her minister can consecrate communion just like a Catholic priest can. How do I explain the different kinds of priesthood and why her minister has misinterpreted the Bible?
