How do I explain the re-presentation of Christ's sacrifice in the Mass?

In hebrews chapter 9 I think verse 27 to 39 talks about the sacrifice made by jesus on the cross. His sacrifice is just one not many. So protestants tell me we catholics are wrong because we sacrifice christ in every mass. What should i answer to that argument?
