How do I find a Spiritual Director?

Hi. Any advice on how to go about getting a spiritual director? What should I look for, should it be a priest…? I throughly enjoy & like our priest at my church but he is indefinitely filling in since our regular priest unexpectedly passed away. Our current priest is/was close to retirement at the time our priest died. (God rest his soul)
Also, one more question please-I’m petitioning for a Radical Sanation-any idea how long those take? I’m anxious to receive the Blessed Sacrament. Thank you.
