How do I find an accountability partner?

I’m dealing with a personal problem. And I believe I need an accountability partner. But I have no prospects. And I’m not allowed to talk to someone on a daily basis because I got into trouble. And my parents won’t allow it. Any suggestions?
 
Talk to your parents. Tell them what you’ve said here. Ask them for help in finding someone to keep you accountable to overcoming your problem. If the reason you want to talk to someone on a daily basis is to overcome a problem, then I suspect your parents would be open to reassessing their prior disciplinary direction.
