How do I get a marriage license blessed by the Pope?

I would like to get my parents’ marriage license blessed by the Pope. They are very devoted Catholics and will be married 54 years in February. I know this would be the most wonderful gift I could give them. Is this still done and how or where do I go to do this?
 
So far as I know, the Pope does not ordinarily bless marriage licenses. What you can do is to obtain an apostolic blessing from the Pope for your parents in honor of their wedding anniversary. I recommend starting now on the process as it can take a minimum of two months to obtain, per the information at the link here given.
