Please help us.
My fiance is born in india and came into london long time back, he has no contact at all, we wud like to get married in April abroad, we both we baptise and did our confirmation, we strong believers and we practice as well.
We did our preparation of marriage but we can’t get it because he doesn’t have his baptismal certificate.
He doesn’t have his dad, his dad passed away last year n i met him couple of months after his dad died, his mum doesn’t accept me for only reason because i am not pretty, but my fiance is sticking to what make him happy.
The mum doesn’t want to help us at all. they have all turn their back to us, n we feel really down but we both trying to be strong.
When we call the church in india, the priest said he can’t give him a certificate of baptismal.
so we are both anxious and stress and dunno what to do.
We have tried to speak our priest but he is very strict and he is saying that he has to have a proof of his baptismal certificate.
Please help.
we are very down n we dunno wat to do.
im thinking very negative about the whole situation.
im having doubt in my faith as i can’t see god is being here for us
