How do I greet a cardinal?

I have an opportunity to attend a luncheon for Daniel Cardinal DiNardo. What is the correct way for a Catholic to greet him, should the opportunity arise?
 
You may call him either “Your Eminence” or “Cardinal DiNardo.”
