How do I know?

I have been struggling with sins of impurity for most of my life, I go to confession usually every 2 weeks more often if necessary. When I go to confession I think I am sorry but I commit the same sins everytime (no I do not want different sins, I want to stop these) I go, I think I am sorry. How do I know when I am truely sorry?

You’re only really sorry if you sweat blood.

It is difficult, if not impossible, to have perfect contrition. You should ask God to make up what may be lacking in your contrition when you go to confession. This should give you peace.

What is your idea of impurity?? Are you thinking impure thoughts?? Does it actually affect the way you act or speak?? Do you actually ACT impurely with conscientious intent??
