How do I practice ob/gyn according to Church teaching when even the Catholic hospitals don't follow it?

I am an obgyn doctor and seeking employment that will allow me to follow the US Conference of Catholic Bishops Directives for Catholic Healthcare. My first job offer was in a Catholic hospital and clinic and they struggled with the fact that I will not prescribe contraception. Their doctors do, on a generic prescription pad, and also perform sterilizations at a secular hospital even though their income is entirely from the Catholic entity which uses its employees to arrange the procedures and bill for them. My next potential job offer is with a group of doctors that is owned by a Catholic health system and practices in its Catholic hospital. The doctors are unsure if they will hire me because I refuse to perform tubal ligations. They say the hospital does not get between the doctor and patient so they are permitted to do them. What do I do? Do I accept that I cannot work as an obgyn? Do I go to their bishops or the nuns at the top? I feel like I belong there more than they do. But these hospitals are infiltrated with either non-Catholics or those of the cafeteria type.

Dear Doctor,

The Lord has given you credibility in the field of medicine and the understanding of the Catholic faith. You are uniquely equipped to call the staffs and managements of those Catholic hospitals to follow the teaching of the Magisterium. Bishops will have a difficult time writing you off. I expect that you never thought that God would call you to such a prophetic role. But here it is! I encourage you to spend time, praying before the tabernacle over this. I will do so as well. He will give you the wisdom and strength you will need. Feel free to contact me privately over this. Just click on my name near my picture.
