How do I prepare for my first confession?

i am really stressing over the sacrament of my first confession. i have been reading on what is expected and going through examination of conscience pamphlet from the Fathers of Mercy.

baptized in the protestant faith almost 30 years ago, how am i to confess every sin in name in number over that many years?

i understand that if i unintentionally leave some out, they will still be forgiven but i want to make every effort to have a true and faithful confession. really need advice…😦
