How do I refute Jehovah Witness beliefs?

My sister has converted to Jehovah’'s Witness. She is hospitalized for internal bleeding but is adamant about refusing blood transfusions. She says that if she receives blood, she will not get to the resurrection and will not see our parents in the next life. How can I adequately respond to this belief? How can I justify blood transfusions? She has a contingency of church friends who are standing by to make sure she doesn’t get blood. Thank you for your prayerful help.
