Lack of trust often translates as fear.
How do you overcome the fear your parents have regarding you?
Unfortunately their fear/ lack of trust makes your anxiety worse,
But you con only try to understand that your parents are fearful and lack hope because they love you.
You have no control over what they feel.
Their feelings are their responsibility.
Your task is to understand their fear as parents who love you and worry for you, and to be as kind in action and word to them when you can be,
And to try to look after yourself, try to hope you can cope better. You have received some good advice in earlier posts by others.
And in relation to another post, exercise is good when we’re stressed but I guess we need to find a balance when excess exercise exasperates others.
