The original poster asked how to*** respond***, not how to start the discussion. If a person who uses contraception wants to keep it between his/her spouse and God, that person should not discuss his/her views on contraception. Polite, faithful Catholics wouldn’t feel the need to respond to contraceptive users if they didn’t talk openly about it and push their viewpoints on us.
