How do I respond when female youth director becomes an Episcopalian priest?

Our parish staff attended this former parish youth director’s “ordination,” placed a congratulatory comment in our parish bulletin, and suggested parishioners contact her to congratulate her. How can I respond to our parish leadership in love and respect and still point out the scandal of this example? Many seem very excited and are happy for her and her choice. I am concerned for her soul and the souls of those who might follow her example.
 
I recommend sending a copy of the parish bulletin and a cover letter briefly summarizing the situation and your concerns to your bishop.
