You probably know that a mortal sin usually doesn’t arise all of a sudden. There are telling signs that one is going towards the death of one’s soul. In this case, typically the deady sin of lust.
FWIW, try to curb lustful thoughts and take careful custody of your eyes, on the streets, at home watching TV and everywhere.
The first thought that comes to your mind at the sight of a beautiful woman is not your fault, rather often automated by vice, but the second thought is yours to choose: either dwell on fantasies about the woman or to offer repentance to Our Lord for deforming your faculties to such automatisms.
It’s not a matter of hating the womanly figure, no. It’s a matter of educating our faculties to act in the way that they were intented to act by God.

Shameless, what you are going through even after going to confession and communion weekly, is something that will not stop until you remove some stuff in your life.
be it the computer, magazines, anything that leads you into possesion. Im saying this from experience, that (lust) is literally a possesion caused by our lukewarmness, it honestly is.
God had taught me to cut off (everything) from my sight that leads me to become possesed by lust. Sometimes I would literally (shake) from lust like I was freezing wondering how on earth I could feel like this. Its truly deons entering yur body by the images yu aoow to enter into your mind.
Realize you have a guardian angel at your side who beholds your sins.
Just realize tha this sin is a possesion by satan created by the stuff we allow to remain in our lives. God is probably trying to get you to cut off everything in your life, if it means literaly going into the woods in solitude to stay away from sin, to get you to stay away from the near occasion of sin.
As for me I might even have to cut this internet off from my presence from what it does to me.

I’m talking about mortifying the flesh with a flail or whip of some sort (I use a plastic coat hanger myself). Think of it as beating the Hell out of yourself…

Mr God, what does this have to do with anything? You people have to realize that literal Demons are out to destroy this souls life by sin, we cant see them but they are there always trying to put us to death.

I realize what are my occassions of sin. I do know a lot about my problem, my problem seems to be getting myself to do what I should when I should. If I’ve gone a while being pure sometimes it gets hard to stay that way. When I do fall at times then it’s free fall time until I get to confession. All I can seem to manage is being consistant at being inconsistant.

You need to put barriers between you and the occasions of sin.
For example, the ISP offers parental controls and I added every member of the family, including me, to have sites filtered. Yes, I know the password to the main account, but it would take a couple of minutes, when it leaves more time for me open myself to grace.
The same thing with cable: I dropped all premium channels, none was a porn channel, but they all showed soft or near hard-porn one time or another. I also make use of parental controls on both the cable box and on the TV, disabling anything with sexual contents, even if just TV14 (for it seems that some “geniuses” think that it’s OK for teenagers to get acquainted with sexual perversions). Again, I know the password for both, but it’s necessary to punch them twice, when I pray that God fills me with His grace out of mercy.
