How do I understand salvation outside the Church?

Hi,
I am aware that I am becoming a Traditionalist. Sometimes, I disagree with the Vatican II’s statements like “Muslims and other Non-Christian religions can be saved” because I believe that “Outside the Church, there is no Salvation”
so which is correct?
Other religions can be saved or Outside the Church, there is no salvation??
Please help me… I am so confused… I cannot find the answer… Please answer me… Thank you.
