They sound like sedevacantists. They are far beyond that. They are totally schismatic with no ties to the Roman Catholic Church, regardless of any misinformation they put out. Even for schismatics, they are at the loopy end of the playing field.they could most certainly be called ‘ultra-conservatives’.
