How do non-Catholics dress to go to church?

I heard these terms “old money” and “new money” but I didn’t know what they meant before now.

Skirt long enough to cover my knees, a top that covers my shoulders and without cleavage, head scarf, and the colors I use are more joyful only on Feasts. This is also due to the fact that most people in my parish are older people who probably only live through their pensions, and they dress modestly as in modest+cheap, and I don’t want to stand out with some cute dress even if it should be modest enough.
