How do we defend against abortion through natural law?

It is evident that the Bible and Natural law forbids abortion.

However how do we answer the Pro choice argument that

abortion is a personal choice and no one is being forced to
follow it.
How do we respond if the person put little or no

credibility on the Bible or any christian teaching.
