If Mary, the Mother of our Lord was conceived without sin and John the Baptist was born without sin, what do we say about Jesus Christ who also was without sin?

First of all, we do not know that John the Baptist was born without sin. That is a theological speculation based upon Luke 1:15, 41-44 but it is not a doctrine that the Church requires Catholics to believe in the same way that they are required to believe that Mary was conceived without sin.

As for Jesus’ sinlessness, we would say that he was conceived and born without sin because he is God and, as God, it is impossible for him to sin. He was not saved from sin, as were Mary, John the Baptist, and all of us; he is the Savior of all from sin.
