I understand that the Rosary ends with a phrase that goes something like this:

“Lord God, grant us the grace to be able to imitate what these Mysteries contain, and to obtain what they promise, through Christ our Lord. Amen.”

I know this isn’t the whole prayer, so I am hoping someone can point me to the whole/correct one.

Pax Tecum.

O God, whose only begotten Son, by His life, death, and resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, grant, we beseech Thee, that meditating upon these mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise, through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.

I say, “Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, Our Life, Our Sweetness and Our Hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then most gracious Advocate thine eyes of mercy towards us and show unto us the most precious fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clamaint, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us O Holy Mother of God, that we inherit the promises of Christ.”

In addition to the Hail Holy Queen I usually also add the prayer to St. Michael, along with a brief variation on the prayer IrishAm posted.

This is the prayer I end with. There’s also the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary that is also an excellent ending to the Rosary.

Merry Christmas!

I end the Rosary with the Memorare.
I too end the Rosary with the Memorare. My church says the Rosary before every Saturday and Sunday mass. I will soon be a Rosary leader in my church after the beginning of the year.

*Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed art Thou among women and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen. *

Devoting all I can to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary

A beautiful prayer: **Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, I renew my consecration to you and your Immaculate Heart. Please accept me, my dear Mother, and use me as you wish to accomplish your designs upon the world. I am all yours, my Mother, my Queen, and all that I have is yours. **

This comes from the concept of being a Slave of Jesus through Mary. We give Jesus through Mary all the value of our good works, prayers and actions for their noble purposes and ask them to do with us as they wish as we serve them to the best of our ability. I first learned about this concept in True Devotion to Mary by St. Louis Mary de Montfort but the devotion has been practised long before he wrote about then even by such as St. Bonaventure. St. Louis Mary de Montfort might be a man fearsome in his service to Jesus through Mary and worthy of profound imitation.
See some of his biographies:
thesacredheart.com/sts/montfor.htm and catholicism.org/louis-de-montfort.html . Reading his works and his life gave me greater insight into the life of Christ and the significance of Scripture - for example, the close connection between the Cross (containing shards of the Tree of Life) and Eden, as well as the parallel between the Garden of Eden and the Garden of Gethsemane.

The most famous disciples of True Devotion to Mary are probably either His Holiness Pope John Paul II who wrote Reflections on True Devotion to Mary by His Holiness Pope John Paul II
michaeljournal.org/montfort.htm or Polish Saint Maximilian Maria studied philosophy, theology, mathematics, and physics as a college student, before earning a doctorate in philosophy and a doctorate in theology in Rome, while suffering from tuberculosis. He became a priest, changed his name to Maria from Kolbe to venerate the Immaculate Heart of Mary, sheltered 2,000 Jews in his friary during the Holocaust, and when taken to the Auschwitz concentration camp offered to die in place of another man since that man had family and he did not as an abstinent fiar. During his time in the cell, he led the men in songs and prayer. Finally, after three weeks of dehydration and starvation, he was injected with carbolic acid and died. He is reported on the Jewish Virtual Library as Righteous Among the Nations. It shows that no matter how dire the situation God can continue to strengthen us. jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/biography/Kolbe.html.He founded Slaves of the Immaculata, www.consecration.com . At my parish, we end it with the following prayers:

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.

**As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. **

O my Jesus, **forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell. Help especially those in most need of thy mercy. **

Hail Holy Queen, **Mother of Mercy, Hail, Our Life, Our Sweetness and Our Hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. Turn then most gracious Advocate thine eyes of mercy towards us and after this our exile, show unto us the precious fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the divine power of God, cast into Hell Satan, and all the other demons who prowl around the world seeking the ruin of souls. **
