How do we handle this marriage situation?

Our son. a practicing Catholic is engaged to a girl that is a non practicing Assemby of God member. She refuses to get married in a Catholic church. She & her parents want the ceremony in the chapel at the reception hall. The Sacrament is very important to our son and he would be willing to get married in an Assembly of God church only if it will be sacramental to his Catholic faith (of course with dispensation from our Bishop) Would it be sacramental with the proper permission?
