How do we know from Scripture that Mary was conceived without sin?

I teach a senior class of High School students CCD they asked where in the bible does it say:
Mary was conceived without sin. I have searched, but could not find a verse. Can you help me.
 
Hi,

In Luke 1:28 the Angel Gabriel greeted Mary with the words:
'Hail, full of grace!" One cannot be FULL of grace and be with sin.
It’s like being a little pregnant. One either is or one isn’t. Either she is full of grace or she is not.

Actually, in this case she was both full of grace AND pregnant!
