How do you determine or judge your spiritual growth?

How do you determine or judge your spiritual growth?
What evidence do you use?

And is it scripture?
 
It’s the peace in your heart, the mercy in your judgments, the love in your words.
 
I look at whether I’m praying more or better, being more charitable in word and deed, doing less sin, being more kind or more perceptive, and where my priorities are. Like for instance if I get up early to go Church on a day that’s not Sunday, I do that a lot more now and it used to be more like twice a year.

I don’t really measure myself next to Scripture except in terms of Jesus’ two commandments about loving God and loving your neighbor. Occasionally a Bible verse will occur to me as answering a question in my mind or suggesting how I might behave, but there are so many such verses in the New Testament alone, I would be evaluating myself all day if I measured to see how I was living up to them all.
 
I consider whether I’m growing in the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Have I grown in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, and faithfulness,? And yes, it’s scriptural. Straight out of Galatians.

I actually try not to, because I have a tendency to navel-gaze.
Also, whenever I think I’ve got this spirituality thing down, I go and do something dumb that reverses all my imagined gains.
But I do an examination of conscience from time to time, regular confession, daily rosary.
But the Good Lord has to write straight with my crooked lines.
