How do you greet a Bishop/Patriarch etc of an Eastern Church?

Forgive me for my ignorance, I know a number of Eastern Priests, I have been thinking what I would do if I was to meet a Bishop etc.? Kiss his ring? is it different for every Church?
 
“Father Bishop, Bless!” works pretty well as the opening line. It’s also pretty traditional.

“Your Grace” is the normal mode of address for Byzantine bishops.
“Your Beattitude” is normal for Major Archbishops, Catholic Patriarchs, and most Orthodox patriarchs.
