What about crushig on someone you know you aren’t going to marry? Or celebrities? And can you like someone who is dating someone else?
 
I realize that crushes are emotions and that my emotions do not control my actions.
 
Yes and yes. I know I’m still attracted to one of my exes (and she is married). I also know not to go beyond that. You solve that problem by finding someone else. Most of my friends are female, so sometimes this is a pertinent topic for me.
