How do you, in practical terms, “offer up” or unite suffering with Christ’s? I often hear these terms, but what does it mean in real life?
 
Basically, you offer something up by willing to do so. In practical terms, you might do so by praying to Christ to accept a particular suffering for such-and-so-intention.
