At the end of the first group of 3 and at the end of each decade, I add the Fatima Prayer (“O Jesus, forgive us our sins…”), then say “Jesus, Mary and Joseph, we love you, save souls”, then say the Fatima Angel prayer (“My God, I Believe, I Hope…”), then I either say the 54 day novena prayer “Sweet Mother Mary” or if I’m not doing a 54 day novena I say “Mary help us, help we pray.”
At the end, I say in order, the Hail Holy Queen, the Prayer to St. Michael, the Memorare where I mention my Rosary intentions, the “We Fly to thy Patronage” prayer, and the final “O God whose only begotten Son…” prayer last. If the Rosary is part of the 54-day Novena, I say the special Novena prayers also at beginning and end of rosary.
I also tend to say all Hail Marys with the Flame of Love addition in order to get souls out of Purgatory. However, I do not say the “Come Holy Spirit” Flame of Love Prayer at the end of the decades unless I am praying with a Flame of Love cenacle or group.
After I cross myself at the end, I say “Jesus have mercy on the souls in Purgatory and the souls on earth”, then I ask Mary and Joseph to pray for me, and then I usually ask a few saints or people on the path to sainthood to pray for me. I have a short list of saints I often ask, but it varies a bit as I will often add the saint I’ve picked for that day, the saint whose feast day it is, the saint the church where I’m praying is named after, a saint who just happens to be on my mind, etc.
