How do you understand? Jude 20.
Build yourself up
by praying in the holy spirit?
 
By doing just that.
Having a bad day? ‘Holy Spirit, strengthen me and allow me to get through this day.’
Need to witness to Jesus in a tough situation? ‘Holy Spirit, put the right words in my mouth, that I may spread you theough my speech’

Etc. etc.
