How does a Mormon learn about Catholicism?

Hi i was raised int he mormon church was okay but as i got older and realized it wasnt for me much anymore. My girlfriend is catholic and has toldf me some things abotu the church and what the cathilics belive and im intrested in learning more. I want to know more abotut he faith what its all about i just want to educate myself to see if i may make the best descion of converting. so if anyone could inlighten me with yor knowlege of the faith and the church of all that it has to offer.
