How does one learn tradtional catholisicm?

I guess the reason I ask the OP is that during my journey, I have discovered that many tradtional catholics have lamented the changes of post-VII. Recently, at my local parish, they concluded the mass with “Amazing Grace.” Then I read on the forum here that this hymn is considered problamatic and not recommended to be sung at the mass. Also, I have noticed that once in a while they will use a piano and stringed instruments to appease the younger crowd but I have also read where this is frowned upon. I just don’t want to learn a “watered-down” faith. Unfortunately, there are no TLM parishes within 2 hours where I live.
