How does one pray before the Blessed Sacrament?

There is a Chapel at the hospital where I work, and off the main chapel there is a small Blessed Sacrament Chapel that has a few chairs with kneelers in front of a small alter. The red lite was on and the tabernackle was present. I could not find anyone around, so I went in to say the Rosary and pray. It was so quiet and peaceful.
Is there any special prayers to say in front of the Blessed Sacrament? I have heard of the Chaplet of Devine Mercy prayer, would this be an approprite?

The Rosary is fine. So is the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. I like to reflect on each aspect of His passion and thank Him as I go along. It is also good to just be silent and listen. He speaks in silence.
