Okay, now that I am not at work, I can respond more fully.
As others have told you, the Latin Rite refers to the Roman Catholic Church.
However, if you are interested in primarily attending the traditional Latin Mass (Extraordinary Form)(EF), all you need to do is go to a parish that has the EF. You would speak to the Priest or RCIA coordinator about receiving instruction.
If, however, you would like to be received into the church or confirmed in the EF, that is not always possible in a parish that has both forms. You will need to ask the priest of the parish.
Alternatively, you can do what I did, which was to be instructed by a priest in a parish that only celebrates the EF. In my case, it was an FSSP parish. I was therefore received into the Church using the traditional rite.
